What is the best way to use infoblock fields?

Good day to all. I'm just starting to roll into Bitrix, do not judge strictly for possibly stupid questions. I have an infoblock "services" in my template. There is one content field in the infoblock, but it is not enough, because for some paragraphs, it is planned to display their own styles. In theory, it is inconvenient for a content manager to prescribe styles for divs every time (for example, it is planned to make an "introduction" block with its own class, and then other text will follow). How correct is it to register such moments in the "properties" of the infoblock as additional fields? If correct, how to display them in the page template? And is it possible to add additional fields to the "section fields", from where the content is currently displayed?
