How to integrate into the call card in Bitrix 24?

I'm trying to embed a local application in a call card. I did everything according to the manual. But when calling, there is no additional window, as in the examples. If the same application is built into the contact card, everything works. I gave all the rights, I did it from under the admin account. Maybe I did something wrong. Need help.
