Hello. The question is: How best to organize the storage and work with applications in wordpress?
There is a company that deals with windows, doors, balconies and other products.
We need to make pages for receiving applications.
A test structure is assumed, i.e. the user answers several questions (some with multiple answers, some enters the answer themselves).
For example, the user enters the WINDOW page, selects the number of glasses (1, 2 or 3), color (white, brown) and other parameters, at the end enters personal data (at this moment he registers in the system) and an application is formed.
The application must be stored in the system and sent to the mail, and you need to manage the status of the application (the authorized user must see the status in the personal account (in processing, completed)), and the administrator could change it.
In the future, synchronization with 1C is expected, i.e. applications will need to be uploaded somehow.
How it is better to implement it? In the form of records with their own type, i.e. the application on windows will be as record of type Windows? Or not in that steppe? Maybe there are some ready-made solutions? Please tell me where to dig. Thank you.
