SQL Server. Can you tell me more about the GO team?

There are GO , USE commands in it , do they exist somewhere else (MySql)?
Can you be more specific about the GO command and does it make sense to call it at the end of the request?

SELECT *
FROM Tab

Команда GO используется как символ, обозначающий конец пакета.
В данном примере он не нужен.
