What is the best way to store a dictionary of English words while studying?

I usually store in Lingualeo, but there is not open for export. I think, until the dictionary has grown, where is it even better to store it? To make it convenient to open on iOS, MacOS, Windows, Android and not only. Surely someone has thought about this too.
