A good English textbook?

I speak English at the school level, and then, medium. Does anyone know of a good tutorial that you can use to improve your knowledge? Can you give general advice on how to study?

Murphy's textbook series. General recommendations, read and practice. Everything sucks without practice. Forget the heap of rules.

The textbook itself will not help you much. Language learning should be comprehensive. It is necessary to study grammar, replenish vocabulary, study conversational topics, established expressions, write, read, watch, listen, communicate. You need to talk a lot.
