What is the best way to set up a mail server for a small business?

Good day comrades. Please tell me what is the best way to raise mail for a small business. There are about 30 users, there is a remote server on Oracle Linux, on which several company sites and the Oracle database (for testing) are spinning, in general, the server is universal. Now there is a task to create mail, at what "there was a Schaub". Previously, it was spinning on exim + dovecot + mysql, users were created by inserting a record directly into the database.
I would like to organize something more friendly to the user and the administrator, so as not to fence gardens from self-written scripts.
I'm testing Zimbra comunity, but it's pretty monstrous. Does anyone have a "success story" about this, it is desirable that it would be possible to stick it all into docker.
Thank you for your help

You can attach postfixadmin to the exim+dovecot+mysql bundle. Enough to manage the boxes.
www.lissyara.su/articles/freebsd/mail/exim+dovecot... - the article is old, but not completely rotten yet, and based on the motives, you can collect something.

I just wanted to put the mail server into docker, so that later it would be easier to transfer it to another server, and there were no problems with the security update, otherwise before that we had a server on RHEL 5 that no one had touched for 5 years, and when the question arose with the update (and several sites were also spinning there, plus the oracle web server) and in general the exima update led to a massive breakdown of everything and everyone. In this regard, I wanted to separate all services by docks: Apache in my dock, mail in my

Setting up a mailman in docker is generally problematic without a clear understanding of how it all works.
According to the subject - it is you who need ispmanager, there are no other self-hosted friendly solutions (solutions, not extra hemorrhoids on the ass). How you put it is another question.

For your purposes, kerio connect is fine.
Yes, paid, but all in one without much headache.

Zimbra wants a lot of resources. 8 GB of RAM is recommended (it is especially noticeable when the spam cutter spam cuts (,
iRedmail works fine on 2 (and in some places it works on 1 for me), the easiest to install, does not use any things written in Java like zimbra, integrates with hell crutches, but I integrated.
