What is the best way to receive money from clients from other countries?

Recently, customers from other countries began to contact me, until they finished working with only one, and the payment method that we used was not the most pleasant for the client and me, since the amount was ~ $ 100 and the client had to pay $ 14 commission for 2 transfers for prepayment and payment, I understand that for a client from those parts it may not be very important.
Now another client has come in, the amount is even smaller, and I would like to find a way how best to get paid with a small cost.
I have already read about Pioneer, Skrill, etc., but I want to hear your opinion at the moment, and not 2 years ago

I use paypal. Forced transfer to rubles (or to your local currency) with a commission in the region of a few percent (it is not clear what it depends on). Can be displayed on a map.
In general, it is not clear why take small orders from foreigners. Are we missing? :)
