What is the best way to promote the bot on “football predictions”?

Wrote a bot according to forecasts.
1. There are channels: telegram, instagram, vk group.
Does it make sense to ask for advertising from VK community administrators? (not directly, and will they cooperate directly? Does it make sense to ask?)
2. There is a small one-page site with forecast statistics (made more than 3000 forecasts per month according to my personally developed strategy).
Would like to know where to start?
And how can this be done?

1.1 Of course it makes sense. This can and should be done. You can select groups (and advertise "wholesale", if not directly through admins) through the service https://sociate.ru
UPD1 But first, be sure to make a portrait of the target audience!
2. There is a small one-page site with statistics of forecasts (made more than 3000 forecasts per month according to my personally developed strategy).

The order of advertising cost tests, based on your subject, at approximately increasing cost per lead (this is just an assumption, based on the niche, I did not do a detailed analysis and can easily be wrong):
2.1 YAN + Google Display Network + Retarget
2.2 via https://www .cerebro.rf target + retarget
2.3 Advertising in groups
2.4 Contextual advertising Yandex Direct + Google Adwords
UPD2. Before doing targeted advertising on social networks, make a portrait of your target audience (CA), this is the most important thing in targeting. Otherwise, you will waste your budget.
Next, test the target (“hit” your target audience or “didn’t hit”) with “pay per click”, and after the tests, transfer “pay for impressions” (they are cheaper). If you do the opposite, then the budget will end much earlier than the test. Set the cost per click 2-3 times lower than the default one and gradually raise it for the test period.
Having specified your target audience with tests in VK - scale to other social networks (FB / OK / Insta)
Be sure to keep statistics and analytics for each advertising channel separately , so you will understand what pays off and what does not.
Simple tools for this:
As a result, you need to build a sales funnel for each advertising channel separately and you need to calculate:
1. Lead cost. Determined through Ya.Metrika or Google Analytics, you need to set the conversion goal to "the visitor left the request."
For example, you brought 1,000 people for 5,000 rubles, and 150 people out of these 1,000 (all numbers are conditional) left an application. So the lead costs (5000₽ / 1000) * (1000 / 150) = 33.33₽ (or just 5000₽ / 150 = 33.33₽)
2. Customer cost. Through CRM, end-to-end analytics services or simply in Excel. For example, out of those 150 leads, 30 ended up buying your product/service. So, the cost of the client is (5000₽ / 1000) * (1000 / 150) * (150 / 30) = 166.67₽ (or just 5000₽ / 30 = 166.67₽)
In total, if a client with VK with pay per click costs 166.67 rubles, and the profit (not to be confused with revenue!) From this sale WITHOUT advertising = 200 rubles, you are in a small plus. If profit = 100₽, you are in the red. Most likely on the first tests you will go into the red. Look at the metric, look at the percentage of bounces, look at which ad such indicators are from and what is the target audience setting on the social network, and tighten it up. If the percentage of failures is small (in each niche it is different, but I would be guided by up to 15-20%, and if you do not offer "jaundice", like a miracle remedy for weight loss, in "jaundice" the percentage of failures is easy and 50% can be) - then you got into your target audience, and then you can already experiment with the "pay for impressions" option, and count statistics and analytics already through this channel.
With the rest of the channels - YAN, CCM, advertising in groups, "classic" contextual advertising - everything is the same, calculate the cost of a lead, a client for each advertising channel separately and draw conclusions.
UPD3. Never draw conclusions from any advertising source until there are at least 1000 clicks from that source and at least 2 weeks have passed since the start of the test. Otherwise, the sample will be irrelevant.
And further. In most cases, real budgets are needed for tests. in YAN + CMS from 10-20 thousand ₽, in social networks from 10-20 thousand ₽, in the "classic" context of Direct, Adwords - from 20-30 thousand ₽
