How to find the first users of the application?
Let's say there is an application that collects user data on a smartphone, there is a backend where this data is processed (including training of an artificial neural network) and a certain answer is given to the user.
How to attract users to use this application if it is still in the process of learning i.e. it is in a semi-working state and produces crooked answers.
How to act correctly in this case, perhaps there are some solutions for young startups? How else to develop applications based on artificial neural networks?

The right strategy is to first find users and find out their real problem, and then after that, cut the application and the neural network. Customer Development to the rescue.
When the neural network and the application are first sawn, and then users search, it is likely that they made a spherical horse in a vacuum. But again, CustDev is here to help. Sometimes you can correct the situation based on feedback from users. Look for users in their congested places. Where? depends on your target audience, about which nothing has been written. Because for many specific topics, forums, social networks and advertising channels do not work.
