What is the best way to pay a foreign freelancer?

Given: an organization (LLC) that wants to order work (art, concepts) for the game from foreign freelancers. We are going to work under a civil law contract, officially, with the signing of an act and the alienation of copyright.
The approximate volume of transactions is from 30 to 60. The approximate volume of payments is about $ 100,000.
The question arose, how best to organize the payment process? On the one hand, we need a tool that will be understandable to a foreigner, on the other hand, it will be acceptable to us. "Acceptable" at the moment means that we can legally transfer money in such a way that we will later reflect it as an expense in taxation (general regime).
Paying everyone directly on their terms, with the corresponding risks, is somehow scary. Therefore, I look towards mass payment services that accept an amount from me, take a commission and pay out of this amount to the specified performers on their specific wallets, cards.
I looked in the direction of skrill, payoneer - it's not very clear yet how it works. Solar Stuff has a pretty high commission. Maybe you just need to direct everyone to upwork and make safe deals there? What else can you suggest? Or am I using the wrong approach altogether?
Thank you all in advance!

Translate in parts if you are afraid that you will be thrown. don't transfer $100,000 in one advance payment. If you are still scared for some reason - then voice for what.
If someone will throw you, then by a small percentage of the total amount.
Look at the difference between the wire transfer commission and the commission of various secure transaction services - this is the amount that you can be thrown at and you still won’t lose anything :)
Bank transfer is legal, easily displayed wherever necessary, recorded as expenses and no schemes need to be invented.
Payoneer will work for you in exactly the same way - you make a bank transfer to the necessary details, the money goes to the contractor on the card.
