It is important how many modules, which ones, whether it is possible to take a ready-made CMS and whether it will cover all the TK without alterations. Nothing bad will happen if the price of the project is more than you deserve. If it's low, take more next time. Name whatever price you are comfortable with or ask them what price they expect to hear, you may find that price to be good.
