What is the best way to organize work from a remote office?

There is a manufacturing company in a small town.
There is a room (office) in the capital with Internet, in which you need to install a computer (laptop) and organize a workplace for seconded employees.
That is, a Lawyer, Director, Salesperson, Supplier or other employee can come to this office to negotiate with contractors or something else, and he needs to provide access to the corporate file storage, corporate chat, 1C accounting, CRM, printers in the main office, . .. In general, to the entire information infrastructure to which he had access at his workplace in the main office.
Options arise:
1. RDP connection to the server, and work in the terminal.
2. Connecting TeamViewer to the employee's computer at the workplace in the main office.
3. Establish a VPN connection from the computer to the main office and work under your AD account - Internet speed up to 10Mbps.
4. Install MicroTik equipment in both offices and organize a permanent VPN connection.
5. More options?
And of course, I would not want to constantly go to a remote office to adjust something, get new users, etc. A friendly company "lives" near our office in the capital - you can ask us to always turn on our computer or restart MicroTik, if it is there.
Who can advise from personal experience?

If you don't care how to implement it from the point of view of corporate policy and security, then leave rdp and teamviewer.
+ instructions for those who are going on a business trip not to forget to install tv and (or) enable rdp connection on their work PC.
If you don't care and want to monitor and protect such connections, install a vpn client on your laptop and issue certificates for users.
Both cases will also be useful for those who want to work from home, but the second is safe and best practices. The first is simple and lazy. Doing a site-to-site vpn for such a task is pointless.

The most convenient thing is to connect to a terminal server and work in it.
Although not always feasible, for example, for financial reasons.
The second option is to connect via RDP to your work computer.
There don't seem to be any better options.
Teamviewer can't work.
At the expense of Mikrotiks and VPN, it is not entirely clear how this will help, and what side it is here ?.
A VPN is useful when you need to isolate a network, or set up a secure network.
For remote desktop connection, it is completely useless.
It is quite possible to secure connections with a VPN.

I would choose Microtik-Microtik.
you can set up a pair and give one away so that it is simply connected. you don't even need to drive.
the user will not have to do anything, they will not have to be trained, passwords will be distributed, controlled access remains (you can also log).

Thin client in place + RDP connection to your computer. For RDP transport between offices, you can either configure a VPN or raise an RDG (Remote desktop gateway) in the main office.
