What is the best way to organize monitoring of several physical networks on one Zabbix server?

Good afternoon,
you can physically connect to all networks in one place, it makes no sense to use distributed monitoring through zabbix proxy because of the small number of hosts, I think to use several network cards, each will have an ip address from a separate subnet, is it right to do this?
+ how to restrict access so that traffic between network cards does not intersect?
