What is the best way to organize mail in an organization?

There is a task to organize e-mail. Now everything is spinning under its own domain on Yandex, but we are unable to send our dealers about price changes or new products, because. there are more than 1,000 of them. There is an old server with MDaemon 13.0.3, another domain is registered on it, which we no longer use. What is the best organization method?

  1. Own mail server with registered DNS records, but then everything that is now spinning on Yandex will be lost;
  2. Stay on Yandex, but send from your mail server, but put the email in the sender, which is on Yandex;
  3. Use a third-party mailing service;
  4. Other.

For correct mailings, I recommend using the mailing service and the same domain that you are currently using on Yandex.
A separate domain is usually used by spammers who receive negative messages in the form of clicks on spam on their emails. If dealers know you and cooperate with you, even if they do not want to receive your letters for some reason, they are more likely to unsubscribe, and not click on spam. Therefore, there are no risks for the domain.
The advantages of the same domain are
- recognition, dealers know it
- trust from spam filters. If you have a correspondence from it that no one clicks on, which is spam, the domain will already have a positive reputation, and there is much less chance of getting into spam.

I also recommend a third-party mailing service. With the domain that you have on Yandex.
If everything is OK with the domain, and dealers really know about your company, then why not enjoy increased trust.
Anyone can click on spam, in any situation. But in your case, the risk will be less.
