Choose mailing service or smtp yandex/google?

Hello. Faced with the issue of choosing a mail service for the project.
Tasks:
-collecting letters to the mailbox (either Yandex or Google, until you decide where to park, if you know better options - welcome in the comments) -sending
messages (the site involves sending out promotions, etc. + sending "confirmation" messages)

-have some list of subscribed emails -maybe
some statistics
Planned up to 10,000 messages per month.
Of the options:
smtp - google / yandex (perhaps your preferences)
