How to put icon on gmail inbox?

We send letters from the server, but google inbox shows just the initial of the site, that is, if the domain is yourdomain.com, then the icon will be U, how to put your own? What to configure on the server, domain?

If I'm not mistaken, GMail, like some other services, supports Gravatar .
