What is the best way to optimize a site for queries in natural language + transliteration + clumsy transliteration?

I will try to explain with examples what the essence of the issue is, I really hope that you will tell me how to deal with such a situation.
Imagine that in Russia they google not only in Russian, but also in transliteration, and sometimes in the "wrong" transliteration. By incorrect, I mean a transliteration that is different from Google's transliteration.
Let's take the word "artist". Someone googles "artist" - a normal language, someone googles "khudozhnik" - official Google transliteration, and someone googles xudojnik - folk transliteration.
Question: how to optimize a page for all query options, given that the content on the page should ultimately be in a normal language - that is, in this example, in Russian?
PS This is not an abstract task, there are republics in which things are like this - half googles in their native normal language, the second half in transliteration, which often does not coincide with the official Google language. So I would like to know how to deal with this. Thanks

A crazy situation, but, unfortunately, he himself encountered this.
I recommend to prescribe a transliteration curve in the alts of pictures, caption tags of tables and other layout elements hidden from users. Yandex takes meta-keywords into account, so it also needs to include all variations of keywords in this tag.
That's how you solve the problem.

Well, prescribe crooked words everywhere, what's the question then?
How to prescribe them?
Hands
And if a lot
Then a dictionary and a script for signing
