In what form is it preferable to generate a URL: Cyrillic or Latin?

Hello.
I would like to know in what form it is preferable to generate a URL, for example:
test.ru/vopros
or
test.ru/question?
How will search engines react to Cyrillic URLs? And in general, in terms of SEO optimization, what kind of URLs is better to use?

Latin. Always. Except wikis. Use transliteration.

Here is Plato's answer to the doubts about Cyrillic URLs:
"As for your last question, Cyrillic page addresses do not interfere with their indexing, don't worry."
So it doesn't seem to matter. The site is also well indexed on Google.

And preferably not in Russian. Instead of questions, use question. Why? Simple, kosher. :-)

Recently I read this article, Experiment: how Yandex and Google take into account keywords ... , in a nutshell, Cyrillic URLs in Yandex win, in Google, the accuracy of the request is more important, it finds what is written in the line or the translation of the word, one way or another, all of them almost ignore transliteration. Even there, only words were used, perhaps with expressions everything will be different, you have to try and see.
