What skills should a good website promotion specialist have besides SEO itself?

How well an SEO specialist should understand the processes of creating a site from scratch. Probably you will find my question silly and childishly naive. But starting to study search engine optimization, I got the impression that you still need to start not with it, because an SEO specialist is a very broad specialist who should be at least a web designer, copywriter, layout designer, content manager and programmer.

Forgot about internet marketing and analytics. You don’t need to deal with copywriting, but you need to know what should end up and what parameters to match. As for the layout, content placement - it already depends on whether you have employees who post information on the site or whether you have to do it yourself. However, the elements of layout of the text SEO specialist must know.
