What is the best way to move from Digital to IT?

I have been working for the 7th year as an Internet marketer in Russia, I promote websites and businesses in general with all possible channels and tools, I want to move to the IT field for more opportunities in the current situation and in the future to have the opportunity for relocation.

Perhaps there are specialists here who have moved from Digital to IT, and in general I will be glad to hear any opinion on this matter. What do you think is the best profession in IT to choose with my experience behind me? I just can’t decide and understand what is better to choose: is it worth learning a programming language, if it’s worth it, which one in my case, or can I choose a profession without having to write code, but I doubt the further demand and the possibility of relocation.
