What is the best way to measure internet speed?
For a month now I have been at war with my Internet provider (MTS). The Internet often slows down. More precisely, something like this: it slows down, then it doesn’t. From time to time I measure the speed - 2 mb / s with the declared 50. (I have a cable one). Moreover, the most interesting thing is that their master has already come several times. It always measures speed on speedtest.net and it shows normal. It seems that they themselves made this damn site so that it showed good speed all the time ... Because, for example, on internet.yandex.ru or on 2ip.ru, the speed is much lower. Yes, even on this speedtest.net when I measure the speed is small. They say that there you need to switch something to your provider, otherwise other providers such as cut the speed. A type of auto-tuning is not suitable there. Who is right and what is the best way to measure speed? Well, I really feel that the Internet slows down. If there is one music video 3 minutes in HD loaded in the player for 2 minutes. Infuriates!

As Alexander Taratin said by downloading something big via torrent.
For example, take some popular movie with a large number of distributors (seeds)
. You put on a race and see what speed, but at the beginning you should not judge the speed, wait a couple of minutes.
And don't forget that your provider may have a local retracker :)
SpeedTest and other sites will never give you 100% accurate information!
