Are there programs for testing physical machines in preparation for virtualization?

Task: transfer about 2000 users to VDI.
Need: test the real load of physical machines (Disk IO, LAN IO, GPU usage, CPU usage, RAM Usage), to calculate the required server resources.
Question: I have not found (so far) anything intelligible that could collect this information for me at a time. Ideally, collect this information from all physical machines within a couple of days by deploying a test program using AD tools.
Machines to test on Windows (mainly Windows 7)
Prompt suitable programs. :)

In Windows, there is a built-in Performance monitor, it can be configured to collect logs for a period of time. And then see how resources are used.

a system for virtualization for 800 people working with graphics is handled by a person asking questions on a toaster? I sympathize with the client.
