How to choose a laptop processor for Android development?

I am developing applications for Android. I want to buy a laptop. I have one laptop lying around that compiles the project for a very long time - 4 minutes or longer. On a computer with a phenom II x4 925 processor, the project is assembled in 1 minute. This performance would suit me. But here's the problem: I can not compare the analogy of my processor-notebook processor. Of course, I don't want to overpay. There are many synthetic tests like winrar and so on. On my computer, winrar shows 3600, but this is not an indicator. If only there was a "gradle" test... What should I do? What test is roughly similar to the assembly for android, what to build on?

During compilation, the percentage is 100% busy?
If not, maybe the disk subsystem falls short?
