What is the best way to manage language files in a project with many sections?

Now there is a medium-sized project, with more than 10 sections. The project is being developed in 3 languages at once and there is already a problem with managing language files. If the translation changes, then this can affect several files, as a result, it takes time to search and change + you always need to keep several language files up-to-date. Since laravel version 5.4 there is an option to use json, but I haven't found any practical experience with this approach.
I would like to see tips on managing language files and perhaps some best practices.

@obsidok

number of sections does not play any piano.
just use services like transifex / vansky / etc, for the transfer itself, it's very convenient.
i use yml as base and automatically convert it to php arrays.
