What is the best way to make a withdrawal with Upwork (Individual)?

After the termination of the Payoneer card, the question arose of how I can withdraw money from Upwork one-time .

They will open an IP, but now I don’t have time, the automatic payment to Upwork will be on Monday June 29th.

Of the available methods:

1) Direct to Local Bank (RUB)
The conversion rate does not confuse, but it confuses the need to specify the TIN and so

on 2) Wire Transfer (USD)
How will the bank react to the receipt of the currency Wire, the amount is ~$2k?

How to do it better? Thanks to)

On the Upwork forum, they recommended changing the withdrawal schedule to a monthly one. In this case, funds are withdrawn on the last Wednesday of the month, which has already passed in June. This way you will win another month. And then you can change back to quarterly.

It is possible to receive funds, they will not be credited to a blocked card, but will be credited to a virtual balance and will be available to the user.

here's the most idiotic fawn you can do is give your account number, but for some reason you are embarrassed by the inn? why? why doesn’t it bother you that you burn your full name and account number, which, well, it’s just impossible to shoot from your point of view, but it still confuses you inn.
if you don’t have time to do anything, see how to play with the payment date on changing the auto-payment term, it’s easy to delay the payment through this

I created a related question Is it possible to work for UPWORK and withdraw money without paying taxes?
Here's infa colleague in misfortune that I managed to find.
1. I will immediately discard the option of transferring money to an account in an American bank. I doubt you have it.
2. Immediately to a local bank account:
- if the amount is more than 600,000 rubles, the local security service will ask for information about where the money came from (suddenly you are a terrorist) and may not even begin to transfer information to the tax office later, but as soon as a significant amount is in the account, the tax immediately receive the opportunity to find out about it at the first request and then you have to pay taxes and maybe even fines for illegal IP activities.
3. Pay Pal
Recently, the same thing. they are now officially registered in the Russian Federation and work like banks, and even more so you transfer to your account with Pay Pal, and then see point one. I am now trying to find out whether Pay Pal provides tax information or not (rather yes).
4. Peyoniir
It seems that he doesn’t provide tax information (I’m trying to find out now), but he doesn’t issue cards for the Russian Federation, you can only throw them into your account and then again see point 1. This point is interesting because I may not be interested in small payments to my account tax, but the risks of keeping money in the Peyoniir account.
So it goes
