What is the best way to make a landing page?

You need to make a landing page to collect emails. For further distribution.
I tried it on kycoflabs. eatster.kickoffpages.com
The essence is something like this. I would like to add social networks. in this format prntscr.com/8a8kh9
I want emails to be collected and they can be downloaded. To have analytics. Reply welcome letter. And there are no resources yet to pay for it. Free solutions are welcome.
Please advise on the best way to implement this. What I can do - photoshop, joomla, a little wordpress. Interested in implementation advice.

It's not entirely clear what else you want to implement. Everything can be done at Kikoflabs. If you want to do without a service, write a landing page on anything (there is a module for WP) and embed a service form for email newsletters (Maichimp, for example) into it. Just create a social media widget in your facebook/vk account and embed it into the page.
