What is the best way to implement audio on a website page?

What is the point, there is a page on the site where you need to make a playlist, audio recordings, the user can make any of them, etc. and it's all in custom design
prntscr.com/9tga2d that's how it will look, so I would like to hear how to do it better. (I used Google, do not advise, they offer different options and html5 and a lot of js libraries, but I want to ask those people who have personally encountered this IN PRACTICE and can advise something from their experience!
