What is the best way to get an education as a web developer/web designer?
I am in the 10th grade and have been actively engaged in web design and layout for the last six months.
My current skills:
1. I can design a simple website.
2. Good web design skills. I already have a good portfolio, there were first freelance orders (small projects).
3. I know the basics of JS.
I like doing layout and web design, so I want to connect my future with this. And I had a question: “what is the best way to get an education?”
At the moment, I have several options:
1. Enter a good Ukrainian university (I have good academic performance, so I think I can enter the budget in one of the best Universities in the country if I make great efforts to prepare for the ZNO (USE) )
2. Get higher education abroad (most likely in Poland).
3. Do not get a higher education at all, continue to freelance and build a portfolio. (+ I'm wondering how important a diploma is when applying for a job for a web developer and web designer)
I would be very grateful for advice.

3. Only not freelance/remotely, but in a local firm
In 2-5 years, after gaining serious experience, item 2
If, in fact, you want skills, you will get a full-time permanent (not freelance, not remote) job.
And be sure to have experienced colleagues next to you in the company. That is, small sharashkas do not fit.
This is a very good skill boost.
Education is formal - it only makes it easier to obtain an overseas work visa. But it does not give real qualifications. A university is more fundamental knowledge than a typical web developer needs.
