If that's what I think - in principle, an option. A friend studied programming in Zaporozhye. The program focuses on practice, although, in my opinion, the range of topics is unnecessarily broad. Then he left the academy as an intern in one of the local firms, then Spanish. term and full rate.
However, it should be noted that learning is primarily self-development. This should be remembered so that later there would be no shouting "But we were not taught anything, we were not told what and how to do" (there are a lot of such cases.). That is, the educational process where knowledge is hammered into the head, chewed - ends with obtaining a certificate of secondary general education.
In general, use teachers as intended - clarify points that are not clear after studying the relevant theory.
I probably owe my technical education to every member of the family. 3 generations graduated from KubGTU in various specialties ... and love for technology, the exact sciences cannot be taken away from us)) I am a specialist in applied computer science and after the university while I was looking for a job, I realized that I lack working skills and experience even for such a small position in our city. So I thought for a while and started looking for courses like advanced training. so STEP became almost the only wall option, with which I agreed both in terms of the training program, and the duration and cherished certificates)) and therefore I entered here to develop software, and my analytical mind is happy and glad!)) The teachers here are radically different from the university students with whom I spent 4 years ... and almost managed to get upset that such professionals as in the academy can only be found in the academy
I think that if knowledge has already been gained at the university and there is a desire to start looking for a decently paid job, then this is exactly the place where one should undergo preliminary teaching. The teaching staff is almost all practitioners in the field of IT, the emphasis is more on practical skills.
Hey! I studied at Step on the Network and KB for 2.5 years and I can say that practice there, mother do not worry)). Before studying, I even went through a small interview to find out what level of knowledge I had and whether the program would suit me or not .... They teach from the very basics to the very subtleties. and in general, I speak like an experienced))) to work with cybersecurity, you need a pile of knowledge, which can only be used once, but will come in handy. According to the certificates, I’ll say that while I tried several places of work, all employers looked with respect)) in the next step, the certificates are international, so maybe I’ll throw off pictures from the Bahamas soon))))
I hear about them from time to time, usually in the context of participation / victories of their students in various competitions. They have existed for a long time, there are branches throughout the country. Unfortunately I can't comment on the quality of the training. They do not issue certificates of their own, but official international ones - they will look good in a resume :)
Like any university - if you want to study - you can get good knowledge. Certificates are valued. There are all sorts of programs from the same Microsoft for students + participation in all sorts of championships and so on. But all this is only if there is a real zeal. If you are not a maniac, it is better to choose a university free of charge, you can still get knowledge "at the level".
At one time, I did all the laboratory and other work for one person who studied there. who were asked there. As I understand it, studying is just for show - they don’t give special knowledge. But they give you a certificate. The person to whom I did all those primitive work and who was an oak oak in programming, then with this certificate got a job as a developer.
this feeling when you realize that you got into a pro conversation with your 5 kopecks.
in short, I wanted a handful of knowledge, I wanted it myself and no one forced me. I found courses in Krasnodar where they can teach me how to develop software, websites and all that. and such confusion in the terms of training..someone promises to make a first-class specialist in a year, and someone needs two and a half years..I understand there are only guys here..explain to a beginner why there is such a difference?? because of the quality of knowledge or what does time vary so much? I went to the Step reviews to find out who was trained here, what can you say about the timing? Is 2.5 years too long? And how is it with the load .. well, that is, is it really possible to combine? Or do you either plow at school or plow at work? in the IT step, the training program studied everything from and to, I was directly satisfied. Now I’m thinking only about the timing .. I’m waiting for advice.
