Education for work in Europe, will a Russian master's degree pass?

Good afternoon. I'm a bachelor of law, doing front-end. I decided to consider the issue of moving and further employment in Europe. I realized that Blue Kart requires a diploma. Will the option pass if you complete a Russian master's program from one notorious office in a remote form in a field related either to computer science or to management in the field of it? The office has state accreditation. I don’t write the name so as not to make advertising, whoever needs it will understand it anyway.
