I think this is a really, really bad idea. Getting to know and looking is one thing, learning from books is another. Start at least with S.

Learn python. This is the perfect place to start, it's so easy you can even teach your grandma

The language must be chosen based on the goals. What is your goal? Learn assembler? Language for the sake of language?
When I set out to learn how to program a pic controller, I started with assembler and it was justified there, but in the end I switched to C. Why do you need assembler?
