What are some inexpensive Front-end development courses?

Good day!
Tell me what you know are not expensive online courses on Front-end development within 10k.
I know, there are a lot of free ones, well, or find it for free, but it’s not that, there is no motivation or something, there is no one to turn to if you are stuck in something and you don’t want to study them.

What do you need for web development? Learn layout or work with JS/React+Redux?
If the latter, then you can look at the Hexlet. There is a front-end profession and it is very suitable, but there is little about layout, a lot about programming.

html-academy go through, there is an inexpensive subscription. There are interactive courses of 1200 tasks. After that, you will already be quite good at at least HTML / CSS and a little bit of JS to understand.
