Looked, the message from Google is made out so: table> tbody> tr+td. I was wondering if it's necessary to do this? is it possible to build with just div blocks?

It is forbidden. If you want the letter to be displayed correctly in all clients, make it a table.

it is possible, but divs may not be processed correctly in different clients, so only table with inline styles, only old school =)
