What is the best way to design a home multimedia infrastructure?

Hello.
In connection with the acquisition of new housing and the proximity of the upcoming renovation, I was puzzled by the issue of designing the entire multimedia of the house.
What I have in stock: lg TV, 2.1 soundbar, laptop on which there is a dlna Plex server. I watch movies through Plex, I listen to music through the soundbar from my phone via bluetooth, in principle, that's all.
What I want to do (got full carte blanche from my wife)):

  • organize a home storage for films, family photo and video archives and file storage;
  • replace 2.1 soundbar with a full-fledged 5.1 system (or home theater);
  • download movies from torrents directly to nas;
  • watch movies and pictures directly from nas (do not use laptop with this chain);
  • with iphone / ipad, see what I have on nas.
  • listen to music through the phone.

Here, in fact, are the questions:
what to buy, how to connect with each other and with the greatest optimality.
What ideas:
  1. put dlna on nas, stream to tv and output sound from tv digitally to 5.1 (the question is whether the nas transcoder will pull for comfortable fullHD viewing);
  2. assemble a computer for storage and stream from it to TV
  3. stream everything to DC (pros - reads all formats, no need to transcode)
  4. time capsule + apple tv

Please share your wholesale and offers. The budget can be considered unlimited.
Thanks in advance.

You should still start with budget constraints, because NAS are different.
There are models based on Intel Core i3, the capacities of which are enough for everything, but you are unlikely to agree to pay more than 150 tr. for example for Synology DS3615xs .
Moreover, a similar result can be achieved by assembling the server of the desired configuration on your own, and rolling the appropriate OS onto it .
At the moment I have an old PC in the basement, on Athlon X3 and 3TB disks on board. He has XPEnology spinning in a virtual machine, with directly connected disks. To play on TV, you can use any media set-top box with the ability to connect to a local network, or smart TV functions, if available.
I currently use Plex as a media server, but I'm looking at Emby . it is completely open.
PS Synology knows how to work with Apple technology and their Time Capsule
