What is the best way to convert a VMWare virtual machine to Hyper-V?

There is a V2V conversion mechanism built into the system center, but it gives me an error, and judging by Google, I’m not the only one with it.
Hyper-V and VMM on different machines Windows 2012R2
System center 2012 R2
vCenter on 2008 R2
ESXi 5.1
Gives error 2940

Ошибка (2940)
VMM не удалось выполнить запрошенную передачу файлов.
Невозможно установить подключение к HTTP-серверу
192.168.215.133.
Unknown error (0x80072ee2)

Рекомендуемое действие
Убедитесь, что на компьютере 192.168.215.133 установлены и запущены служба
HTTP и (или) агент и трафик HTTP(S)
настроенного порта не блокируется брандмауэром.

Firewalls are off (for the duration of the test), I just tried to allow everything, the result is the same:
VMM server, Hyper-V host, router, on vCenter, and on ESXi The ESXi
certificate is accepted in the VMM settings.
IIS is turned off everywhere.
I knocked on telnet on 443 from Hyper-V on ESXi and from VMM on ESXi, it starts up everywhere.
Ports as recommended in other cases changed to free ones.
It was not possible to solve the means found in Google.
How else can you convert a virtual machine? Separately HDD, and then configure the parameters themselves?
