What is the best way to arrange delivery with RobotShop.com?

I want to order motors and some mechanical components from RobotShop, the weight is decent about 5-7 kg. The cost of delivery at checkout shows around $ 300. And $100 less than the "air transportation" that I don't understand.
Does it make sense to try delivery services for goods from the USA? Or would it be easier to order directly? Does anyone have experience of ordering from RobotShop with delivery to Russia?

300 dollars for 7kg is very expensive and they will most likely be sent by regular mail, which we will have by Russian post and can stick for a long time.
Express delivery without the participation of Russian mail will cost about 150 bucks + some commissions will be about 200 in total, you will save 100 anyway. I think it's worth trying the services, if only because of the speed.
