Why does the Opencart admin panel not work for others?

Hi all!
I have a problem - On my computer and other devices, the admin panel works fine, but the content manager complains that it does not display content in the online store after it enters data in the fields responsible for the product description. She also fails to update the product image through the admin panel, but everything works successfully for me. The online store is based on opencart.
Is this complication due to the unprofessionalism of the manager, or can something like this actually happen? How to get rid of it?
