What is the best tool for managing multiple projects?

Hello!
Please advise a good tool to manage multiple projects at the same time for a team. We've looked at a lot, spent a lot of time, but haven't chosen anything yet.
Requirements:

  1. Ability to create a hierarchy of 4 levels: project / subproject / task / specific action (to do) - and status for each
  2. List of executors and the ability to assign an executor at any of these levels (for example, if someone is assigned at the subproject level, then he is automatically set as an executor at the level of all tasks of this subproject)
  3. Related subprojects, tasks, activities
  4. The ability to view (print) the entire list of specific actions (cases) with a certain status (in work, for example) for all projects
  5. Ability to view (print) the entire list for a specific user
  6. Control of deadlines, and not only overdue, but when the deadline ends after a certain time (days).
  7. Gantt chart preferred but not required

Many thanks in advance to everyone who responds.

bitrix24.ru - overloaded with functions, heavy for a quick start, but there are all the points 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 that you need. Very rich basic functionality in the free version.
trello.com - the philosophy of kanban, if it "goes" - you won't refuse. 1. project=board, subproject=list, task=card, each card contains any number of checklists. 2. Responsible persons and observers can be assigned to any nesting level. 3. You can put direct links to other cards/boards. 4. Without problems, through the built-in filter-search, tasks are selected according to any criteria, essno, 5. lists can be printed. 6. When the deadlines are approaching, reminders are sent (mail, push to the phone, etc.) + the task turns yellow, then turns red. 7. Through plugins.
The free version has everything, the business version adds optional goodies (like changing the background and unlimited saving of task search filters)
The main advantages of Trello are easy to learn, very convenient and visual, + a million plugins that expand the basic functionality, including Gant . If you are interested, I will throw in the comments links about the rapid development of Trello and plugins for it with a description.
UPD . Added a new way to create and manage autotasks via the ifttt.com service in the comments in the list of plugins

or vice versa. I like the second one better. Just visually. Functionally they are very similar. They are like Trello, only 2.0. Fat is good if you have up to ten people in the team, then it will be a little expensive.

at least,
in my opinion, the Jira + Confluence bundle is a universal "environment" for such project activity, but may require:
- plugins for customization (not always paid versions, moreover) for specific needs ( for example );
- the desire to understand the ideology, set up, enter or export data yourself [for gantts] - look here for an approximation
