What is the best solution for a company as a messenger?

• All employees were immediately in the contact list and read from the database
  
• Authorization through your database/ERP
  
• Group chat
  
• Search
  
• Video, audio calls, screen sharing
  

I liked ejabberd the best.
What would you recommend the most convenient as a client for Windows, iOS, Android?
What can be used for integration into ERP, JavaScript client/library?

I also use ejabberd, but in fact, I still haven’t found a clear client, the main requirement is just several platforms, including Linux and MacOS with the ability to share a screen.
