Which messenger to choose with automatic login from AD?

Share your experience of using corporate messengers.
What is needed is an automatic login, without entering logins / passwords, just the current domain account on this computer.
Now I'm trying to make friends with ejabberd and 2008AD - SSO login does not work in any way (((and it's annoying that all client computers, in addition to miranda / pidgin, also distribute MIT.
openfire - I haven’t tried to install it yet, but I read that a lot of operatives are needed, but all this will spin on Hyper-V

Openfire does not require a lot of RAM, it "eats" 130 megabytes for me. Normally works with AD and MSSQL. I use Spark as a client, the people in the office are quite satisfied.
