I want to improve my English. Namely, vocabulary. And the Internet is full of sites, it is difficult to choose something from such an offer. The site is purely for communication without any courses, lessons, assignments, etc.
What should be on this site:
1) that the site had its own chat, and it was not necessary to communicate in Skype or instant messengers.
2) you can choose the language of the interlocutor

Applications like Tandem or HelloTalk. There are many things you can set up. A kind of social network for English learners. But in order to interest native speakers, you need to either help them with their language being studied (and Russian is not so common). Or be a pretty girl, to which a queue of interlocutors is lined up. So I didn't last long.
