What is the best pillow for a chair if you sit at a PC for a long time?
For the last six months I have not been able to sit at the computer for more than an hour: my buttocks hurt. It feels like "the fifth point has become flat" and pain in the center of the buttocks, where the bones are.
Back, lower back do not hurt.
I'm thinking of buying a cushion for a chair. Which is better to take?
Are there other ways to solve the problem?

I can’t sit at the computer for more than an hour: my buttocks hurt.
Buy a lift table and work standing up half the time. It's much better than pillows.
the best practice is when you work a little while sitting, a little standing.
That's what table lifts are for.
And the chair is a computer chair or just a wooden chair (and even go with a hard seat?)
Softness is relaxing. I have a computer chair, like that of the leaders, but I couldn’t sit straight on it. Anything but not directly. Strange as it may seem, concentration on an ordinary stool turns out to be greater, and work is more productive.
Another very convenient option was to work at high tables, when you sit high
