1) Implement the menu using product categories (without creating pages for them)
2) Implement the menu using regular pages (put short codes of Woocommerce product categories there)
Cons of the 1st option is automatic generation H1 tags in the Woocommerce product category.
They need to be set in the code, which is not clear how to do it.
The disadvantages of the 2nd option are the presence of many pages and categories of goods with the same name.
Subjectively, it is much easier not to write shortcodes all the time, but simply to put the product category in the menu.
