Which engine for online stores is the most productive and convenient?

Good afternoon. The task is to create a catalog with partner products. Functionally, it will look like an online store, but without the possibility of a purchase, without a basket and everything else. The user will select products, and when they click on the buy button, they will go to the seller's website. Products will need to be somehow automatically synchronized with services.
It is clear that it is preferable to write such a site from scratch. I’m not sure that I can pull such costs now, so I started looking at ready-made solutions, that is, some kind of CMS with subsequent doping. It is not clear where to look, there are a lot of options. One of the performance criteria. You can do this in 15 minutes on Wordpress with plugins, but it’s not clear how many products Wordpress with Woocommerce can withstand. I haven't worked much with other engines, so I don't know what to look at. You need to load a lot of goods, let's say at least 300k. In general, who in the subject tell me which engine is better suited?

We did it on  Simpla , the customer was completely satisfied with his tasks. The functionality is quite typical, everything you need for a regular store is out of the box, for those who are thirsty for non-standard there are plugins.

Look at Joomla + JoomShopping component.
Now we work mainly with the development of UI solutions on frameworks, so I am not a supporter of crooked solutions, however, the usability of the admin panel, the logic of settings and performance allow me to recommend this for almost any not very complex store.
This solution is much more productive than Magento, an online store on Bitrix and some specials. store engines like php-shop. In terms of performance, you can also look at plugins for wordpress, but the admin panel of this CMS was not created for a store at all.
PS For all Joomla sites, set root rights to all php files and folders to avoid infection.

Now more and more people are comparing opencart and bitrix.
Due to the fact that now, during the crisis, entrepreneurs are looking for opportunities to optimize costs.
The most successful time-tested alternative to Bitrix, but with a free license, is CMS Opencart.
Both systems have their pros and cons.
Bitrix
is paid, and the cost of licenses is significant,
resource-demanding, clumsy, contains a lot of old code that is transferred
from version to version.
But, the system integrates well with the services of Bitrix 1c, clouds, crm - although it also requires configuration.
Opencart is an exclusively store-based system, fast, reliable, with an open free license.
Now
extremely popular in the CIS. For example, a subsidiary of wikimart - a
top online store, littlegentrys, chose
Opencart, although Bitrix in Russia is advertised by all and sundry.
The top company in Belarus, Euroopt, has also chosen Opencart to launch its electronic hipper Techno Plus.
Opencart - already in 2013, the company was recognized as a leader in the field of software solutions for Internet commerce in China.
Imagine how it withstands competition in the Chinese market.
It
is also a huge plus in the architecture, which is built on the principle of MVC,
which allows you to quickly and inexpensively scale the solution and ensure the
best performance and security.
Of the minuses, it can be noted that the initial settings for SEO are slightly weaker and it is more difficult to integrate with 1C.
Each developer will praise the system on which he works.
Of course, experience matters. It's one thing to do 5-10 projects on Bitrix, and 150-200 on opencart and vice versa.
