What is the best LaTeX editor?

I decided to digitize the notes. One problem: there is no experience in this yet.
Which editor is right for a beginner?
Well, or is there any option to connect LaTeX to Sublime Text 3 and make some kind of Live Preview of the printed text?

try gitbook
can be formatted as pdf, html
files in markdown + formulas in LaTeX (although LaTeX does not understand complex tables)

Как вариант – писать в Markdown (тут и для Sublime есть замечательные плагины, и редакторов много, и просто plain text писать можно), а затем конвертировать в TeX-файл. Конвертировать можно, например, с помощью pandoc.
