How to make text fill the entire sheet in Latex?

Faced this problem: when laying out a document in a PDF file, it does not turn out to cover the entire sheet. How can this be fixed?

And let me povanguyu, on your previous question ))
You have twice specified multi-column - in the first line ( documentclass) and further \begin{multicols}{2}. I have never been a latech, but this looks very suspicious to me.
PS And paste the code already in text - no one will type it from the screenshot to check it.
