What is the best laptop for React/ReactNative development?

Interested in a budget option. I'm leaning towards Macbook. needed for IOS and Android.
Is it worth considering the option of renting servers on Mac? If in the future, I want to switch to Java / Swift or Ruby and Rails towards mobile development.

Hey! If you are considering a budget option and want less dancing with a tambourine when developing on Swift, then take a used MacBook. If you buy a new one, you won’t get it on a budget, you have to fork out.
When I myself look for used Apple equipment, I usually look in stores from pawnshops, where there are usually options in good condition and prices are usually lower than on ad sites, you can also not be afraid about the fate of the purchased goods, since pawnshops usually a legal document confirming the purchase is issued. The difference in price is from 4,000 to 20,000 rubles. For example, I recently bought a MacBook Air 2017 for 33,000 rubles, and in ads for this price, models from 2013-2014 were sold, and 2017 were sold for 40,000-50,000 rubles, depending on the condition. In these examples, I do not consider killed device options.
Recently my colleague bought a hackintosh laptop. His steps along the way:
Catalina is still too early to install, as it may not work stably.
As a result, he has a Xiaomi laptop with Mojave, and almost everything works there, except for the built-in wifi receiver. He had to buy an external wifi-applicant, since such an adapter is cheap and affordable, which can be found in almost any computer equipment store. So, before buying a laptop for hackintosh, you need to be ready to dance with a tambourine.

What is the best laptop for React/ReactNative development?
Preferably one that turns on, and that the monitor and keyboard are mandatory.

In theory, there is not much difference, I have a Lenovo computer, but I also program for an iPhone (via expo if you have an iPhone phone) well, since you want to switch to swift soon, then take a poppy
