The program generates various pictures in real time, approximately 1 per second. My task, using Fine Reader or similar programs, is to teach her to recognize what text is written on these pictures, and this must be done in real time, that is, the faster the better. What is the best programming language for this task?
Preferably with arguments.

PS I started to study a course on Python, but it seems to be slow for my task.

It is not a language that needs to be learned, but an area of Computer Science called machine learning.

Computer Vision algorithms need to be taught, not a programming language!

Which one is more convenient for you personally.
Python is fine.
All the same, it will not be recognized by Python, but by a library not written by you.
