I became interested in handwriting recognition. As I already know, this task uses neural networks and machine learning methods. Recommend resources and useful literature for a beginner to study this issue in detail (recognition algorithms, mathematical theory and implementation methods), as well as languages ​​that have suitable libraries, etc. (I heard that Python and R-lang are used). English is not great, but if the source is decent and informative, then there will be another reason to practice)
